En los países  regidos por el Islam, las Fatwas son dichas por los líderes religiosos  y muchas veces de acuerdo con los gobiernos. La mayoría de las veces no deben ser discutídas y alcanzan la fuerza de la ley. Si dos Fatwas se contradicen es el Jefe del gobierno quien decide.

En los países donde no existe la Sharía los creyentes seguirán las Fatwas de la orientación del grupo que les representa por ejemplo sunítas o chiítas y oiran a su Iman.

Para los musulmanes que viven en países no musulmanes existe una amplia cadena de Webs que transmiten las fatwas por Internet.

El internet se ha vuelto un instrumento importantísimo para el Islam, con Servicios Online de preguntas y respuestas y con archivos .

Ya en el año 2002 los orientalistas de la Universidad de Freiburg recopilaron mas de  37 000 Fatwas de las páginas mas importantes. Hoy en día ese número seguramente ha sido largamente superado. 

He aquí un reparto de las Fatwas enInternet de acuerdo a los diferentes grupos musulmanes

Solamente en la pagina Ourdialoge  hay 1780 Fatwas. En fatwasonline hay 700, los temas se separan como sigue

En la página de Askiman  que reside en Sudafrica hay 5.400 Fatwas. Otra pagina editada en occidente es islam online .  Otra: ourdialoge de Saudí Arabia .

En las preguntas hay una mezcla de ingenuidad, religiosidad escrupulosa y deconcierto, a la vista de la vida moderna que sobrepasa la comprensión teologica, muchas veces.

Escandalosas son las amenazas de muerte a los apostatas que no solamente se encuentran en paginas de países islamicos sino tambien de países occidentales por ejemplo  «islamicty.com» que reside en USA y  «ask-imam.com» en Südafrika.

En  «islamicity.com» se puede leer:

«Un musulman no debe de disculparse por un mandato e u religion aún cuando este mandato no coincida con la jurisprudencia del país no islamico en el que vive.» …

He encontrado en esta página una comparación estadística entre los premios Nobel otorgados a los judíos y los premios otorgados a los árabes. Seguramente una lista de los premios dados al resto de occidente sería interminable y apabullante para el mundo islámico así que hagamos solamente esta comparación entre estos dos grupos enfrentados en Medio Oriente.

Belloc tiene problemas para darle nombre, creo además que es la parte m;ás floja, por que el vivir en ella le impide la ventaja de la “perspectiva histórica”. Incluye el capitalismo, el liberalismo, el colectivismo solcialista (incluido el nacionalsocialista). Habla de neopaganismo, uno de cuyos frutos es la esclavitud:

First, we are witnessing a revival of slavery, the necessary result of denying free will when that denial goes one step beyond Calvin and denies responsibility to God as well as lack of power in man. The two forms of slavery which are gradually appearing and will as time goes on be more and more matured under the effect of the modern attack upon the Faith, are slavery to the State and slavery to private corporations and individuals.

 

Terms are used so loosely nowadays; there is such a paralysis in the power of definition, that almost any sentence using current phrases may be misinterpreted. If I were to say, “slavery under capitalism,” the word “capitalism” would mean different things to different men. It means to one group of writers (what I must confess it means to me when I use it) “the exploitation of the masses of men still free by a few owners of the means of production, transport and exchange.” When the mass of men are dispossessed_own nothing_they become wholly dependent upon the owners; and when those owners are in active competition to lower the cost of production the mass of men whom they exploit not only lack the power to order their own lives, but suffer from want and insecurity as well.

Creo que se equivoca con su antiliberalismo. En cualquier caso, no sabemos el desenlace de este nuevo ataque:

The Modern Attack is far more advanced than is generally appreciated. It is always so with great movements in the story of mankind. It is yet another case of a “time-lag.” A power upon the eve of victory appears to be but half-way to its goal_even perhaps to be checked. A power in the full spring of its early energy appears to contemporaries to be a small precarious experiment.

 

The modern attack on the Faith (the latest and most formidable of all) has advanced so far that we can already affirm one all-important point quite clearly: of two things one must happen, one of two results must become definite throughout the modern world. Either the Catholic Church (now rapidly becoming the only place wherein the traditions of civilization are understood and defended) will be reduced by her modern enemies to political impotence, to numerical insignificance, and, so far as public appreciation goes, to silence; or the Catholic Church will, in this case as throughout the past, react more strongly against her enemies than her enemies have been able to react against her; she will recover and extend her authority, and will rise once more to the leadership of civilization which she made, and thus recover and restore the world.

 

In a word, either we of the Faith shall become a small persecuted neglected island amid mankind, or we shall be able to lift at the end of the struggle the old battle-cry, “<Christus Imperat>!”

En fin, antes de esa batalla tenemos que solucionar el ataque del Islam al resto del mundo, en Especial a Europa. Creo que ateos y cristianos tenemos que ir de la mano, por la cuenta que nos trae.

Tras las últimas elecciones municipales, el 21,8% de los concejales son de origen inmigrante no europeo, la gran mayoría musulmanes que se presentaban en las listas del partido socialista:

Since last Sunday’s local elections in Belgium more than one fifth (21.8%) of the municipal councillors in Brussels, the capital of Europe, are immigrants of non-European origin. Most of them are Muslims, and most of them have been elected as Socialists.

Una de las razones de la preferencia de los inmigrantes por la izquierda es que se trata de personas con rentas bajas, por lo que votan a quienes aunmentan los impuestos y los “beneficios sociales”:

The non-European immigrants vote overwhelmingly Socialist, owing to the fact that many of them are rentseekers who migrated to Western Europe attracted by the subsidies of its generous welfare states. The immigrants have become the electoral life insurance of European Socialism.

La tendencia es creciente. El crecimiento del electorado de procedencia inmigrante en los últimos 6 años es espectacular:

Exactly 50% of the Brussels electorate are either foreigners or naturalized Belgians. Six years ago the figure was only 32%. In Antwerp, where 17% of the electorate are immigrants (11.5% in 2000), one third of the Socialist councillors are Muslims.

La respuesta del partido socialista está clara:

In Ghent, where 12.6% of the electorate is foreign (8.1% in 2000), one quarter of the Socialist councillors are Muslims. In Vilvoorde, a Flemish suburb of Brussels, where 14.8% of the electorate is foreign (9.3% in 2000), half the Socialist representatives are Muslims.

Dense cuenta: 14% del electorado es inmigrante, 50% de los candidatos socialistas son musulmanes. Dentro de poco en el partido socialista tendrán que hace cuotas para los nativos… si se las permiten los nuevos amos. Pero lo peor es que los democristianos les siguen (no siendo que les llamen racistas…):

In Antwerp, one third of the “Christian”-Democrat councillors are Muslims, too. The latter, however, such as Ergün Top, tend to be more moderate. As Koenraad Elst explained here earlier, they are badly needed to counter the large Muslim presence in the Socialist Party in the contest for the fast-growing Muslim electorate.
