También que el desarrollo de infraestructuras es fundamental para el comercio: puertos y túneles. Por ejemplo el túnel del estrecho (Gibraltar: Tunnel under troubled waters) y el puerto de Tánger.
Los intereses comerciales son enormes. El artículo dice que la Banca Intesa participa en la financiación del 30% del tráfico comercial con esos países, y no son los únicos:
