- La Saría es discriminatoria.
- La Saría es injusta y parcial en temas civiles
- La Saría no se aplicará de forma voluntaria, porque habrá mucha presión social para que los musulmanes (en especial las mujeres) tengan que aceptarla aunque no les convenga.
- La Saría es una justicia chapuzera que conduce a la injusticia
- La Saría impide el progreso de la minoría y la cohesión social
