La Yijad en Eurabia

Sucedió el pasado domingo 22 de junio. Unas semanas antes, dos moros habían violado a una chica joven en la misma estación. En este caso no hay referencias a la procedencia de los violadores, pero hay un detalle apunta a ello: la ducharon y obligaron a ducharse después de cada violación. El Islam prescribe el lavado después del coito. Hay otro: la violación en grupo, poco frecuente entre los europeos.

Fueron cinco, con edades entre los 18 y los 50, otro detalle que apunta a una violación islámica de infieles:

“After the rape, they lifted me up and then washed me.”

A few seconds later, the older man, in his thirties, raped her a second time. “Without a condom, the same as the youngest one, who was about 18 years old.”

Mathilde was again sent to the shower. “Then they put me in a room with a double bed. A third man arrived. I asked him not to do anything to me. He said: Shut up.” According Mathilde, the third man paid her second rapist. “I was sold.”

After being beaten again, Mathilde was raped another time. “She’s covered in bruises from head to toe. It’s unimaginable.”

The third rape, and unfortunately not the last. After being passed through the shower again, a fourth man came to take his turn. “He was in his fifties. He couldn’t speak French. It was the 30-year-old who was translating.”

Mathilde was then made to get drunk. “They forced me to drink whisky. It was at this point that the oldest guy raped me, too.” This fourth rape was followed by a fifth.

Taking advantage of the weakness, distress, and drunkenness forced on their victim, the rapists returned again and again.

PS: El caso de la violación mencionada arriba está llevándose con cierta desgana judicial.  El juez que lleva el caso no se ha puesto en contacto con la familia de la víctima. La cámara que debería haber grabado el crimen no funcionaba… Eso que llaman justicia.

Había oído la expresión pero no conocía la historia. La cuenta Esparza con su maestría habitual:

“Habiéndose hecho acreedoras de la admiración del mundo las fuerzas españolas que guarnecían el destacamento de Baler, por el valor, la constancia y heroísmo con que aquel puñado de hombres aislados y sin esperanza de auxilio alguno, han defendido su bandera por espacio de un año, realizando una epopeya tan gloriosa y tan propia del legendario valor de los hijos del Cid y de Pelayo; rindiendo culto a las virtudes militares e interpretando los sentimientos del ejército de esta República, que bizarramente les ha combatido, vengo en disponer lo siguiente: Los individuos de que se componen las expresadas fuerzas no serán considerados como prisioneros, sino por el contrario, como amigos; y en su consecuencia, se les proveerá, por la Capitanía General, de los pases necesarios para que puedan regresar a su país”.

Así se honraba al adversario antes de que los usos de la guerra llevaran a satanizarlo.

One of the resolutions I made after the Counter Jihad workshop in Vienna was to write more frequently about Spanish issues in English. I had already done it a few times for Gates of Vienna; I will continue to do so as long as the Baron deems my contribution valuable. I am also open to the requests by the readers.

I was asked in the las Counter Yihad workshop in Vienna about the project to connect Morocco and Spain by a tunnel. I had read and blogged about this issue some time ago but I had not followed the latest developments. I have now investigated them, and I have found that the project goes on –still as a project in the study phase- but unchallenged. I present to you the results of my investigation.

I will start with a curiosity. The idea of connecting both continents with a tunnel is not new. I have found an early speculation, a proposal to the Spanish Ministerio de Fomento (Ministry of Civil Works) (PDF, Spanish), dated 1918, when the north of Morocco was a Spanish Protectorate. The first studies (PDF, Spanish) of the project were done during the Primo de Rivera Dictatorship. In those days, the tunnel was considered a geo-strategic opportunity for Spain. It goes without saying that, in the current demographical situation, it would aggravate the Northafrican invasion of Spain, the second in history. Yes, it is not the economy, it is the demography!

The idea was forgotten up until 1980, when Spain and Morocco signed an agreement to study the feasibility of a “Permanent Connection Europe-Africa through the Gibraltar Strait”. In those days Spain had just approved the post-Franco Constitution and was ruled by a “moderate right”. It may be worth mentioning that five years before, when Franco was dying, Morocco invaded the Sahara, a colonial province of Spain, which is still the responsible State for the territory according to “international law”. I find strage that a State makes such agreement with another one that has occupied part of its territory, but that is not the topic today.

There were a number of studies (Spanish), which discarded the bridge and identified two possibilities for the tunnel. One shorter (14 Km) but deeper (900 m); the other, longer (28 Km) but less deep (400 m). The possibility to build a bridge was discarded.

In the 80s and 90s, the studies stayed dormant, but in 2003 (at the end of Aznar´s government) the idea was waked up again. Spain and Morocco agreed to start the technical studies to build a double railway tunnel with an intermediate service and maintenance tunnel. They agreed to spend 27 million euros in years 2004 to 2006. For some reason, it was not done. In March 2004, Spain had suffered the most deadly terrorist attack of its history, carried out by Moroccan citizens -if we are to believe the official version-. I assume that this could be the main reason.

In 2004, after those deadly terrorist attacks, the citicens chose to change to a socialist government. In November 2005, in the frame of the I Hispano-Moroccan Meeting, Morocco and Spain committed to invest 10 million euro (Spanish) in the next year to further study the tunnel:

The investment to be made in 2005 and in 2006 will reach ten million euros, equivalent to quantity invested since 1996, when it was decided that a tunnel was preferable to the bridge originally planned.

According to the [Spanish] minister, the railway tunnel will be funded 50% by the two countries. “We have conducted geological studies of the area; now starts the phase to analyze how to drill it”.

In summary, in 2005, the tunnel profits of a real boost: the investment on the project that connects Morocco to Europe was increased tenfold, even if it is inferior to the 27 millions previously committed. I have found no public information that could explain this lower budget.

The master plan for the project would be the following:

1. Drilling of the service tunnel. To be done as soon as the initial technical plan is drafted. The data gathered while drilling this tunnel will allow to fine tune the railway tunnel project, reducing technical and budget risks.
2. Drilling of one of the railway tunnels.
3. While this tube is drilled, Morocco and Spain will work on the surface railway.
4. Drilling of the second railway tunnel. If the traffic of the first tunnel confirms that a second one is needed.

In 2006, the Spanish public company SECEG and the Moroccan SNED concluded a contract with a consortium of four companies: Typsa (Sapnish), Ingemar (Moroccan), Geodata (Italian) and Lombardi (Swiss). Giovanni Lombardi, the designer of the Channel Tunnel will carry out the technical detailed studies for the construction of the tunnel. This interview (Spanish) contains very relevant information. I translate some of Lombardi’s statements:

“It’s an unprecedented challenge as regards the construction of major infrastructures, in the limits of technical feasibility”.

“By comparison, the English Channel was a child’s game (…) its depth and the water pressure is much smaller, ocean currents are weaker and the rock is more solid”.

It seems that the tunnel will be a technical challenge indeed, Moreover, for some reason Lombardi has failed to mention a most concerning issue: The tunnel will cross an active fault of the African and the Eurasian tectonic plates, with a moderate seismic risk. I wonder whether some reader could tell me more about this issue.

Spanish and Morocan Ministers of Transport

The technical studies by Lombardi were supposed to be finished in one year, but I have found no update. In any case, the project goes on with the full political support from Spanish government. In August 2007, in the frame of the Africa-Europe Summit held in Lisbon, the Spanish Foreign Minister confirmed the “determination” of both countries to have the tunnel in operation by 2025 at the latest. He declared that “Morocco and Spain are the two connecting countries, the two links of the chain needed to bring together both continents”.

I have also found this article in the WaPo (A ‘Chunnel’ for Spain and Morocco), which includes some statemnts by Karim Ghellab, Morocco’s minister of transportation: “It’s not easy to predict a date yet, but it is a project that will happen.”. Also to note: “It will completely change our world”. I am not sure it will change Morocco, but of course it would indeed change Spain, not necessarily for good.

Now, putting apart the technical issues, the (multi)million dollar question is: Are there economic reasons to take those huge technical risks? Is there enough traffic between Morocco and Spain to justify the risk and the expense?

No, on the contrary, in Lombardi’s interview there is a reference to this aspect:

What percentage of passengers and cargo traffic will continue to ferry when the tunnel starts operating? Will the tunnel attract passengers who used to travel to Morocco or Algeria from Almeria, Alicante or even Sète (France)?

Last year [2006] Eurotunnel had 16 million passengers. The forecasts, not yet very accurate, suggest that the tunnel of the Strait will reach only half of that traffic in 2015, if it was then opened. Ten years later it would reach around 10 million.

Passenger traffic in the Strait is also highly concentrated in the summer months, when nearly three million immigrants Moroccans returning by car to his country on vacation.

The answer to questions about increased traffic depends largely on political considerations. If Algeria reopens its border with Morocco, closed since 1994, and if the two heavyweights Maghreb improve cross-border road, the tunnel will be more viable from an economic standpoint.

So, it would have only half the traffic of the Channel Tunnel, which has been in deep financial troubles; moreover, the traffic will be concentrated in the summer season. Not very encouraging.

Also looming large is the red ink incurred by the Chunnel. Private investors, who paid the bulk of the $20 billion price tag, have suffered heavy losses; the operator, Eurotunnel, has verged on bankruptcy for years.

While neither Moroccan nor Spanish officials have given a bottom-line estimate for their project, private analysts said it could cost $6.5 billion to $13 billion. The two nations said that they are a long way from resolving financing details but that they hope to rely heavily on the European Union and the private sector.

Now, this tunnel, which is much more challenging technically, cannot be cheaper than the Channel one; the 13 billion must include only some initial phase. If the Channel Tunnel, less challenging and with more traffic, has experienced large financial troubles and has been on the edge of bankruptcy, it is not difficult to conclude that the Strait Tunnel cannot be financially viable.

There is one way out: getting political support, and Morocco –the main beneficiary- is playing its cards masterly: Morocco has involved France in the business. In autumn 2007, it has started to plan for a high speed rail network. This plan has no sense if the railway network was not connected to Spain; i.e. if there is no tunnel. Alstom and other French companies will build the high speed railway; a contract of EUR 3000 million. The allocation to the French companies has been decided at the highest level (by the King Mohamed VI), no international tendering process will be followed.

Spanish companies have not even been invited, even if they also have the expertise and are currently building the Spanish high speed railway network. No need. Zapatero had already announced in his visit to Rabat in March 2007 that he is firmly decided to give a boost to the tunnel, so what.

Sarkozy will host a high level meeting on the Euro –Mediterranean Union next July, just before the national holiday that celebrates the take over of the Bastille, a privileged prison for aristocrats that had only two prisoners. I can envisage that this will be one of the most visible projects connected to that Union.

Is there any way to stop the tunnel? I do not know, but if there is one, it will be the financial aspect: without the financial support from the EU, the tunnel will not be built. This is the weakest point of the chain, the one to broken. In any case, in 2025, when the tunnel could be in operation, the fate of Europe will have already been decided.

Hace unas semanas se produjo en Francia una profanación de tumbas de musulmanes muertos en la Primera Guerra Mundial. La prensa dio la noticia en titulares denunciando la ola de islamofobia, y los políticos regionales y nacionales condenaron el hecho y anunciaron que investigarían este acto (foto). Es este caso, por el contrario, se ha producido un silencio muy significativo. Solo el secretario del Front Nacional se ha pronunciado.

Sin embargo, no se puede decir que sea un caso aislado. Unos días antes había sucedido en otros dos cementerios católicos:

Two hundred forty-six graves in the Elne cemetery in the Pyrénées-Orientales were desecrated during the night of May 31. These new graveyard violations follow closely the destruction a few days earlier of crosses and steles in the Catholic cemeteries of Ottange in the Moselle, and of Marville in the Meuse.

Llaman la atención otros detalles. Primero, se ha relacionado esta acción con el satanismo promovido por cierto arte moderno:

The immense desecration of 250 graves in the cemetery of Elne in the Pyrénées-Orientales takes to a higher level the development of the anti-Christian Satanic hysteria encouraged by the whole culture of death, notably in exhibitions of what is called “Contemporary Art.” (…)

Segundo, la policía quita hierro al asunto hablando de destrucción en vez de profanación, contra lo que dice el Codigo Penal francés:

“This is not a crazy act by a few young persons,” but a planned action, “well thought-out,” explained the gendarmes, who spoke on Sunday of “damage” rather than “desecration” (”profanation” in French), since no grave had been opened.

As always, the police and the press must downgrade the severity of a crime.

According to the French penal code, if I understand it correctly, the police were wrong to downgrade this crime. It states:

The violation or profanation, by whatever means, of tombs, sepulchers or monuments erected in memory of the dead, is punishable by a one-year prison term and a fine of 15,000 euros.

The penalty is increased to two years in prison and 30,000 euros when the above acts are accompanied by an attack on the integrity of a cadaver.

In other words if tombstones and grave sites are the target of Satanic vandals, that is profanation, NOT mere damage.

Finally, a French website called Le Post claims, in its headline, that “246 tombs, some Jewish, were desecrated in Elne by Satanists.” However none of the other articles I read mentioned Jewish tombs. Moreover, the Post article devotes more time to accusing the Front National and Jean-Marie Le Pen, than it does to elucidating the facts of this crime. An attempt is made to connect this new act of vandalism to previous acts committed against Jewish and Muslim cemeteries and/or places of worship, with an emphasis on the rise of neo-Nazism and the influence of the “extreme-right,” and credits the LCR (Communist Revolutionary League, a Trotskyist group) with denouncing the resurgence of nationalism.

Cosas semejantes –mentir para descalificar después- hemos visto hasta en la blogosfera antiislamista, así que imaginaos “la prensa de calidad”.

PS: En el mismo blog nos cuentan que las iglesias francesas están siendo víctimas de un expolio de obras de arte sin precedentes desde los tiempos criminales de la Revolución. Han encontrado un depósito de objetos robados en casa de un tal Rachid N, nombre que tiene toda la pinta de ser de origen musulmán.

297 votos contra 7… Solo los comunistas votaron por mantenerla. Es decir, todos los senadores están dispuestos a hacer la vista gorda, desde la “derecha” de Sarkozy a la izquierda socialista. Solo le PCF votó por mantener el referéndum. Los “identitarios” también están decididamente en contra, si no votaron imagino que será por no tener senadores.

En todo caso. Nada deja tan a las claras el distanciamiento de la clase política y el pueblo. Y aun dan clases de democracia.

The Anchoress refuta en esta magnífica pieza las mentiras e insidias que la prensa sigue lanzando sobre Bush. Estas son las principales:

Robó las elecciones a Gore, nos metió en una guerra con mentiras, quiso privatizar la seguridad social, sus recortes presupuestarios acabaron con el superávit, liquidó el Tratado de Kioto, se quedó sentado en la clase cuando le informaron sobre el 9-S, le ha dado contratos a dedo a Halliburton, nombró a un amigo incompetente para hacerse cargo del Katrina…

Las “medias verdades” (algunas no están suficientemente documentadas) de Obama las ha traducido Augusto (Las 50 mejores mentiras de Obama). Selecciono algunas:

2.) Mi padre era un pastor de cabras

Mentira: Él era un joven privilegiado e instruido que obtuvo un trabajo en el gobierno de Kenia.

5.) Mi abuela fue siempre cristiana.

Mentira: Ella inicia su diaria ensalada de oraciones a las 5 horas, horario de Kenia. Y como cristiana resulta muy extraño que fuera una de las 14 mujeres de un solo hombre, tal como le declaró. Aún mas, en el New York Times dijo la mujer de 85-años: “yo soy una estricta creyente de la fe islámica”.

7.) Yo nunca practiqué el Islam

Mentira: Tú lo practicaste todos los días en la escuela, dónde estabas inscripto como musulmán. Fuiste fiel a esa religión durante 31 años hasta que te casaste y tu mujer te propuso cambiar de religión, para que pudieras hacer tu carrera de funcionario político.

9.) Yo podía hablar corrido en el idioma de Indonesia.

Mentira: No puede confirmar ninguno de tus maestros, que tú pudieras siquiera expresarte en ese idioma.

10.) Como yo viví en Indonesia, adquirí mucha experiencia en el extranjero.

Mentira: Tú estuviste allí de los 6 a los 10 años y ni siquiera podías dominar el idioma. ¿Qué hiciste allí? ¿Estudiar el Coran y ver los dibujos animados?

15.) Yo no me presentaré de candidato para las elecciones del 2008.

Mentira: Tú ya estás dentro a pesar de haber declarado a las cámaras de TV-en directo, que no tenías suficiente experiencia para el puesto.

20.) Sin mí no existiría hoy ninguna ley ética.

Mentira: Tú hasta hoy nunca escribiste, ni introdujiste, ni cambiaste, ni creaste ninguna ley. Esto lo admitiste en tu encuentro con el Senador McCain.

21.) La ley de ética fue muy difícil de conseguir.

Mentira: Necesitó solamente 14 días.

Estas mentiras retratan a un individuo arrogante, presuntuoso y pagado de sí mismo.

ACTUALIZACION: Algunas de las mentiras atribuidas a Obama podrían ser opinables o no estar suficientemente fundamentadas.

Repasadas las alegaciones de aquí contra estas mentiras, me reafirmo en las mismas. De las que califican como “ficción”, por ejemplo la quinta, dicen después que no están probadas. No me parece serio. Sobre el padre cabrero dicen que es mitad-mitad, porque es cierto que cuidó cabras en las vacaciones de su niñez… pero eso no le califica como “cuidador de cabras”. Pudo estudiar en la universidad tan ricamente; un privilegiado. Y lo mismo pasa con el nombre, Barack Hussein, que es musulmán, no suahijli.

Que pongan ya en duda que nunca practicó el Islam, es ya demasiado para mí.

En resumen, lo mantengo. Seguiremos informando sobre el morlaco. Y no porque sea mulato, que no se engañen algunos.

La Yijad en Eurabia suscribe el Manifiesto en defensa de la lengua española que promueven es este blog:

Tengo que añadir que soy padre de hijos bilingües. Estoy muy contento de poderles dar una educación en inglés, aunque soy un españolista sin complejos. No me importa que lean mejor en inglés que en español, pero no soportaría que tuvieran que recibir su educación en vascuence o catalán. No porque tenga nada contra ellos en cuanto idiomas locales, si no porque no sirven para desenvolverse en el mundo del s. XXI. Así de sencillo. En particular, no comprendo como los hispanohablantes permiten que les laminen las neuronas con un idioma artificial y que va a impedir a los vascongados encontrar trabajos cualificados en el resto de España.

¿Tan difícil es dejar que los padres escojan la lengua en que educan a sus hijos?

Ahí he visto el manifiesto (PDF), que está lanzado por lo más selecto del pijiprogrerío hispanivergonzante:

Sí, me da asco que esto haya sido iniciado por gentes que han declarado que España se la suda y se la sopla.

Agapito Maestre apunta certeramente a una cosa curiosa: los abajofirmantes no se atreven a llamar al español por su nombre:

Por cierto, amigo Savater, no acabo de entender porqué el manifiesto insiste tanto en lo de la “lengua común” y no habla de modo directo del castellano o español. ¿No contendrá ese lenguaje un cierto resabio de izquierdismo totalitario, una reserva contra los defensores de la nación española y su lengua, que sigue sin atreverse hablar de la defensa del castellano o español para no ser confundidos con los españoles que siempre hemos defendido esa verdad tan universal? ¿No hay en la reiteración de esa geométrica expresión –”lengua común”– un prejuicio que impide hablar con sinceridad de la defensa del castellano o español, simplemente, porque es la lengua de la nación española? Sospecho que algunos de los primeros firmantes de la proclama no lo habrían hecho tan alegremente si, en vez de lengua común, hubiera aparecido por la defensa del uso del castellano o español.

Si de la lengua común se trata, lo mejor es que apoyemos al inglés, mucho más común en el mundo mundial que el español. Me recuerda a los judíos escribiendo “de la era común” detrás de un año para evitar nombrar al Cristo. Muy significativo.

Juan Carlos Girauta nos dice que Ramoncín se ha desmarcado, porque considera que es un manifiesto contra el catalán. Esto también es relevante:

Y aunque el director de El Mundo se felicite en la radio por el grueso de apoyos aportado por Libertad Digital, se está cuidando muy mucho de nombrar en sus páginas a este medio, que lleva aportadas casi treinta mil adhesiones cuando escribo estas líneas. No me lamento, sé de qué va la copla. Lo constato.

Vamos, el pijiprogrerío al que España se la suda y se la sopla se ha puesto a cosechar las firmas entre la derecha de toda la vida. Qué triste.
